Aviation and travel retail specialist consultancy Ethos Farm and Alive Brand Experience have teamed up to offer marketing solutions to airports, brands, and retailers in the Asia Pacific region. They will commence trading operations in August from Alive Brand Experience’s shared headquarters in Singapore.

The new joint venture will operate under the name ‘Ethos Farm Asia Pacific’. It will offer experience-led solutions to travel retail stakeholders in the channel’s most dynamic region.

Our company — P&T SMART PROMOTION INTERNATIONAL SA, based in c/o Fiduciaria Mega SA, Vicolo Nasetta 2, 6900 Lugano (CH) — has incorporated the business of 3 companies — Smart Promotion Srl, Smart Promotion Maroc Sarl and Smart Tunisie Sarl — and with the local subsidiaries managing the staff on behalf and under control of the Swiss headquarter is taking responsibility for all the activities in Italian, Moroccan and Tunisian airports.

The purpose of the newborn P&T SMART PROMOTION INTERNATIONAL SA company is to explore and evaluate potential business opportunities in travel retail and other market segments in Switzerland.

Promoplan integration in Sarawak Group

Since the 1st of July 2019, Promoplan became part of The Sarawak Group. The Sarawak Group is originally a French company specialised in sales, merchandising & brand activation. The company has branches in Aix-en-Provence and Paris. In France, it is consolidated as one of the five leading field marketing organisations. In Belgium, The Sarawak Group is active as Sarawak Brussels (formerly known as Think and Go). Thanks to the integration of Promoplan, The Sarawak Group will become one of the largest field marketing agencies of the Belux.

As a result of this new collaboration, The Sarawak Group owns 100% of Promoplan and Serge Devos, Commercial Director Promoplan, adds The Sarawak Group to his shareholding portfolio. Together with the Sarawak Brussels Management team, Thierry De Rouck (Managing Director) and Wim Wauters (Managing Partner), Serge Devos will manage the Benelux business and exchange knowledge with the companies of the Sarawak Group.

Promoplan’s Brand Ambassadors attended an innovative Sales Workshop hosted by SB Management.
The goal of this workshop was to learn more on client approach, selling skills and a positive mind-set.

All participants left the workshop with a certificate and lots of new tips & tricks to put into practice.
In order to exercise on that new approach, they have to follow a 6-weeks action plan and every other week they have to focus on one specific topic.
The Brand Ambassadors are supported by a team of field coaches who motivate them and evaluate their new approach with concrete figures.

Promoplan is now halfway into the process and they have already noticed a positive evolution.
More products are sold, more clients are open for conversation and last but not least, much more happy faces!
